Chances are, our family may look a lot like yours! We are a homeschooling family in love with our Creator and His Son, our Savior Jesus. 

We are passionate about nurturing our children in Truth and kindling a love for life-long learning. 

Our homeschool materials are created to embody the good, the beautiful and the true in our world, and to educate the heart as well as the mind.

Our Story

Our little schoolhouse shop was born out of the need for beautiful and gentle homeschool resources for our own family's homeschooling needs. When I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in curriculum, I set out to make some of my own homeschool resources and it's my pleasure to share them with you!

At Verily Schoolhouse, it is our desire that the Truth revealed in Jesus Christ and proclaimed in the Holy Scriptures be the foundation of our homeschool. We desire to teach our children with confidence, knowing that truth does not originate with us but with God. Christ Himself is "the way, the truth, and the life" (John 14:6), and all truth finds its source in Him.

The pursuit of truth calls us to humility. It reminds us that we are not the measure of what is true, good, or beautiful. Rather, we receive these gifts with thanksgiving from the God who created all things and lovingly reveals Himself to us.

With Christ as our foundation and His truth as our guide, we are equipped to cultivate an education that is rich, life-giving, and full of wonder—an education that forms both mind and heart, nurturing a love for all that is true, good, and beautiful, and ultimately leading our children to know, love, and glorify God.
